By accessing or using this Ration Card Management System, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Authorized Use

The system must be used only for lawful and authorized record-management purposes.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and all activities performed through their account.

3. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into the system is accurate and that they have authority to store or process such information.

4. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Misuse stored personal data.
  • Use the system for fraud or impersonation.
  • Represent system-generated previews as official government documents without proper authorization.
  • Attempt to damage, disrupt or compromise the platform.

5. System Availability

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, upgrades or circumstances outside reasonable control.

6. Software Ownership

The software design, source code and related intellectual property remain subject to the rights of AKULO Technologies and applicable agreements.

7. Government Status

The platform is privately developed software and does not itself constitute an official government service or portal.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be revised when necessary. Continued use of the platform after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
